At Foyu Skincare, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is outlined below:

Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and seals intact.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Products purchased on sale or during promotional offers are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@foyuskincare.com or call us at +91 9923093845 with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photographic evidence of the issue (if applicable)

Once your return request is approved, our team will arrange for a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item has passed our quality check.

  • Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Please share your bank details once the return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened skincare products due to hygiene concerns.

  • Products returned without original packaging or invoice.

  • Gift cards, trial packs, and samples.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order.
